ESSEX VETS CROSS COUNTRY RESULTS

GREAT RESULTS and PICTURES from Round 3 of the Junior Sportshall event.
Showing that the youngsters can also triumph, we had Yasmin Robinson winning the Girls U13 One lap race, and Second in the Two Lap Race.Eliza Elvidge (below) who improved on her 2nd place in Round 2, to win the Six Lap Race on Saturday.
Also great performances again from Harry Sampson and Jamie Sergent, Jamie Greenhalgh, Chole Gough and Lottie Hinson.
We are confident we will have a few of our junior athletes being selected for the Essex Team at the Sportshall Regional Finals next year !

Team total was 480 miles, and Clive walked non-stop for 24 hours and totaled 73 miles on his own !!

Benfleet Juniors Running Club is now
in the enviable position of having a large membership, and a growing
waiting list. We are also only 1 of 20 clubs in the eastern region
with the Club Mark accreditation, which we are obviously very proud.
As a growing Athletics Club we can now fully embrace the
UK Athletics
365 programme and enhance all our athletes.
Athletics 365 is a multi-event, young people development programme,
which introduces athletes to the fundamental skills of athletics
