Disastrous news from yesterday when the East Essex 13 became the East
Essex 12. Poor Ian Steddon, 2 minutes into the pre race bike ride
clipped a kerb and fell, breaking his clavicle in 2 places. Austria
NHS were great as was Mark who was staying at the hotel for the race
who had great first aid knowledge.
So to today and the race brief followed by Ironkids. EETC kids out in
force with s great 2nd for Hannah Shean and 3rd for Matt Brown
Next report will be just before the start (6am) UK time
