Hi Everyone, 

As the number of Benfleet members who now take part in triathlons has increased over recent years.It has been noted that they are quite hard to spot whilst racing, due to the mixed bag of kit we wear!!

 

To this end I’m in the process of sourcing Benfleet RC cycle top, for the Bike / Run sections of a triathlon, and for general training.

Cut

owayo cycling jerseys have a narrow, athletic cut with raglan sleeves. The fabrics are highly functional with elastic characteristics. The jerseys are equipped with standing collars, zippers, and a 3-component pocket on the lower back. The hem has a sewn in elastic band.

 

Fabric

Seams

Besides the fabric, the seam work is the next most important component to quality sports apparel. Our products are sewn with a specially developed, German-engineered thread, that meets the highest demands of the sporting industry. An advanced '4 thread-overlock' machine stitch is used to achieve superior strength and stability.

 

Printing

The printing application is computer controlled to enable millimeter precision and laser sharpness. The technology implemented is a 'thermal sublimated process'. This method binds the colour molecules to the fabric fibres at a molecular level. The fabric stays soft and breathable. The printing will not wash-out, fade, or deteriorate.
