We train every Tuesday and Thursday.

at BROOK ROAD, BENFLEET.

We meet in the Pavilion at the end of Brook Road, at 7-7.20pm normally for a 7.30pm start.

We invite potential members to come along and try us for 4 sessions for free to see if we suit your needs, 

if we are, membership for the year is only £7.50 plus 50p per training session.
