We will shortly be leaving the UK to live in Austria where we will be running an Apartment business in a village called Gosau which lies in the Dachstein West ski region and very close to Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang and Hallstatt.
Our website includes links to local races, mountain bike events etc. and I am sure any runners coming from Benfleet might like to tie in a visit with taking part in one of the many local running events. We have a few club members booked to come over already.

Apartments are situated in the Dachstein West ski region. Comprising of five
well-equipped first class apartments, each sleeping up to 5 persons, with
lounge, kitchen area, south-facing balconies, satellite TVand all linen and
towels supplied. Breakfast
available on request. Communal
lounge area with TV, videos, music and drinks available.
Play area for the children plus patio area to relax during the long
summer days. Short walk to the
picturesque Gosau lake.

between Two ski lifts and served by the local ski bus.
The Dachstein West offers excellent skiing facilities and is listed
within the top 10 Austrian ski resorts. Gosau
has been declared a cultural and natural world heritage site by UNESCO, which
limits further development within the area and also provides recognition of
its beauty and attraction to tourists. The apartments are open throughout the
year. Ideally placed to visit the
beautiful towns of Hallstatt, St Wolfgang, St. Gilgen, Bad Ischl to name just
a few.
