We invite potential members to come along and train with us

Your first couple sessions are free to see if we suit your needs...just pay your 50p subs on the night

Club Membership Fees are due thereafter

Any affiliated club member taking part in a race holding a permit must wear club colours. Anyone not abiding by this rule can be disqualified.

Anyone claiming to be a member of Benfleet Running Club must have paid their club membership fees.

(We let you have Christmas Day and Boxing Day off though!!!)

We meet in the Pavilion at the end of Brook Road, at 7-7.20pm normally for a 7.30pm start.

Maybe a little earlier if it's a longer run.

We normally have one session we call quality ie, fartleks, hills, intervals. etc

and the other session is a normal run.

Our training schedule will give you an idea of what we do

BUT DON'T WORRY IF YOU CAN'T MANAGE THE DISTANCES

WE NORMALLY HAVE BREAKAWAY GROUPS DOING SHORTER DISTANCES.

Showers are available after, if you've worked up a sweat !

We invite potential members to come along and try us for a couple sessions before we ask for your membership fees, 

just to see if we suit your needs, we only ask for the 50p for the training session.

if we are, membership for the year is only £12.50 plus 50p per training session.

You then become affiliated and save money when entering organized events.
