Presentation Night 2012
You are invited to the 2012 Annual Awards Evening
held at Saxon Hall, Aviation Way in Rochford,
on Friday the 24th of February 2012.
At only £15 per ticket, this will include a hot buffet with dessert as the function room hire is being provided free of charge. The ticket price covers the food, disco, minimal printing costs and the all important trophies!
The success of this night will obviously depend on how well it will be attended. Therefore, your prompt confirmation of attendance will help us ascertain the numbers needed to cater for.
Saxon Hall have agreed that they will keep the bar open until 12.30 and turfing out at around 1 am. You can arrive from 7 pm, as there is a bar in the main reception area and the buffet will be served at 7.45 with the presentations around 9 pm. Please remember to pay your £15 per head to Brian as soon as possible as I will need to finalise the numbers no later than Friday the 10th of Feb.
