Essex Track Championships 12 -13th May

Well done to Charlotte P who won the gold ahead of Dominque in the womens 5k on Sunday.Karen Whitmarsh had a cheeky return to racing and took the silver in the 800m .
Jez also had silver in the old boys 1500m.

Well done to all who ran the Halstead Marathon & Essex Champs

on Sunday.

Andy Morris was 2nd overall in his age group he actually won a gold in the Essex champs.

Due to our Junior Club expanding and an ever growing waiting list we are
pleased to be able to offer Monday night track training sessions.

6pm – 7pm at Eastwood Academy, Rayleigh Rd, Leigh on Sea, SS9 5UU

Monday 16th April, Monday 23rd April, Monday 30th April

Although this is a Junior Session, we would welcome any adults to come along to either train alone, train with the children, or help with the session.
